Just came across this press release from HP announcing their collaboration with fashion designer Vivienne Tam to create a “digital clutch” (netbook?) that creators are calling ” a lifestyle statement for modern-day women on the go”.  The designs are inspired by the Tam’s spring 2010 collection.  While it’s always interesting to see what happens when technology and fashion collide, I’m unsure about this project.  What exactly makes the “digital clutch” different from a really small laptop? Can I change the designs to match my outfit? Will it hold the stuff I actually keep in a non-digital clutch?
