Sort of.  I know – you got all excited.  You were hoping to see pictures of some sweet Bavarian castle… Let me explain.

I read an article on Spiegel Online about this teeny tiny house located in the island of Sylt on sale now for about $9 million.  I know what you’re thinking – that’s not a lot of money…there are a whole bunch of houses that cost a whole lot more.  But get this – the house is only 322 square-feet.

To put that into perspective, it’s about twice the size of a University dorm room.  I guess they’ll be buying all their furniture at Ikea…
