Another use for textbooks

While Kate Spade and Olympia Le-Tan fight over who has the best design for a book-cover clutch, one artist is thinking about something new to do with the inside pages.

Jeremy May makes “literary jewels” which he sells through his UK company, Littlefly. Through a special lamination process, May creates a completely unique piece – ring, bracelet, necklace – from hundreds of pages, mostly taken from books.

Fantastic.
