Dr. Horrible’s Sing-Along Blog

Student organization Basement Arts has brought the Emmy-winning online miniseries “Dr. Horrible’s Sing Along-Blog” to the stage.  The show bills itself as a “touching musical about the daily life of your average supervillain.”  Below, per Basement Arts’ website, a description of the show:

“The aspiring supervillain Dr. Horrible wants to join the Evil League of Evil, but his attempts at world domination always fall through, he can’t get the courage to talk to his crush, and his arch-nemesis Captain Hammer thwarts him at every turn.  But this time, he has an evil plan that cannot be stopped.”

The (free!) show stops it run today with shows at 4pm and 7pm at the Walgreen Drama Center.  Check out the trailer:
