How to Prove You’re a Disney Princess

5 March 2010 One Comment

The Disney Store is child’s play.  Memorizing all the lyrics to every Disney song?  Be my guest, but a monkey could do that.  If you’re serious about attaining Disney Princess-hood, you’ll need to go couture.

Oh look – you can buy it all at FredFlare.com!  About half of the items are based on Alice in Wonderland, no doubt to help ride the Tim Burton  wave with the release of his latest film.  Oh yeah, and the tea party necklace sells for $900 online.  But you could also take home a Pocahontas cuff and Tinkerbell’s egg ring.   I’m not really sure when these were featured in their respective movies, but perhaps they’re meant to be inspired by the classic Disney works.

This isn’t the first time FredFlare.com has gold-plated a piece of our childhoods and sold it for big bucks – I vaguely remember Paris Hilton wearing the Disney castle back in the summer of 2008 – and they certainly aren’t the only one.
