Look @ This: Tassenkast by Lotty Lindeman

One thing is for sure - you'll know it when you see it.

The fabulous SHEI Layout team – gurus of design that they are – found this collection of suitcases that are meant to be displayed as shelves when not traveling with their globetrotting owner.   You’d have to go to the Netherlands to see them, or you can check out them out here.

According to the artist, Lotty Lindeman (and this Dezeen postabout her and her Tassenkast project), ”Interiors nowadays are presented like stills, but in fact there is a lot of mobility of objects, moving around by human needs.”  This particular concept is based on the idea of negotiating ”what we perceive as a fashion item and what we perceive as an interior product.”

Thanks to our Layout Team, headed by Jackie Kow, for the great tip!
