Think of this posting as encouragement to attend the SHEI Model Search & Mixer this Thursday, September 24th from 6pm to 9pm at the Work Gallery on State Street. The photos are part of a summer project from some of our talented SHEI photographers.

You’ll get to meet our Photography team at the mixer, as well as the rest of the SHEI editors & crew. Dress is cocktail chic and it promises to be a good time. We hope to see you there! That talented crew from Speedstrobe share one of their latest photoshoots: Inspired by the series of photos by Daniel Weiss, we hoped to capture “Strength” in this photo shoot.

Strength is not something that is taught, it is earned through hard work and sweat. In this series of photographs we try to use light and photography as a tool to peek into our own strength.
